Ismael Rey Reyes
Rey has been actively investing in residential real estate since 2005 and has focused exclusively on multifamily since 2016. He has led MI Real Estate in investing over 15 multifamily properties across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Texas, and Tennessee, totaling over 1200+ units, valued at over $150 million. Rey also provides independent consulting to multifamily investors and is the bestselling author of BLUF: The Bottom Line Up Front about Passively Investing in Multi-family Properties.
In 2019, Rey retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army, with over 28 years of service. He culminated his military career as a Foreign Area Officer, responsible for providing Political-Military advice on Latin American Affairs to US military and civilian leadership.
Rey received an MBA from Columbia Southern University in 2010, is fluent in Spanish, and speaks some Portuguese. He is married to Mayerlyn Reyes and has two sons, Ismael (Jr.) and Gabriel.

Alfredo Hooker (DCH Properties- Managing Member) has been a Real Estate investor since 2016. Alfredo is a successful Supply Chain professional, with over 35 years of experience in the Medical Diagnostic, Computer, and Semiconductor Industry. Alfredo has a degree in Economics from Louisiana State University (LSU) and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Alfredo is personally invested in over 600 Apartment units located in Florida, Georgia, Kentucky and Indiana valued at over $45 million. Alfredo enjoys spending time with his wife Mui and traveling. They have been married for 20+ years and have two sons Diego and Cristian.

Tim Little is a husband, father of 2 girls, and CEO of ZANA Investments. He launched ZANA Investments with the goal of helping busy professionals make their money work harder and give them more of their most valuable asset, their time. ZANA Investments has a portfolio of 62 units valued at over $5.7M throughout Florida.
Tim previously served as a strategic communication and change management consultant, helping government agencies solve some of their most challenging problems and later as the Head of Multifamily Communications at the Department of Housing and Urban Development. He holds an MBA and an MA in Global Trade from the University of Denver.
He is also a combat veteran with over 25 years in uniform who continues his service in the Army Reserve as Commander of the 205th Theater Public Affairs Support Element in San Antonio, TX. His experience as a military leader serves him well in real estate, helping him effectively identify problems, implement solutions, and effectively manage teams.
