The Chesapeake, now known as the “Reserve at Lake Highlands,” is a 127-unit, B-Class value-add apartment community located in the high-growth market of Northeast Dallas, Texas. We closed on the property in late March 2022, at a purchase price of $16.6M with an as-is & after-repair independent appraisal value of $17M / $22M.
